This hidden gem in Bandera, Texas has pristine, cool running water year round – even in summer droughts! We are located 5 miles from downtown Bandera and within an hour’s drive from many other Hill Country destinations.
The cabin has views of the creek and a hot tub on a spacious back deck – great for star gazing at night or bird watching during the day. Furnished with a simple, rustic elegance, you will enjoy relaxing inside as well as outside. Full kitchens are stocked with condiments, coffee, creamer and sugar.

$185/night for 2; add $20 for each add’l person, up to 2 per cabin. We have twin air mattresses for additional guests.

Three-night minimum stay required, though we will consider a two-night stay for weekdays.

We welcome canine guests for $15/night pet fee. Limit 2 with current rabies vaccination; Leash walking preferred unless you have awesome command – we are not fenced and there are lots of critters to be chased, including our cats.

– No children under age 5 accepted due to creek access; Proper life jacketing for all children under 10 years.

Cancellation Policy:

Within 7 days of your arrival date, you agree that you are responsible for the first night’s full rate. You are responsible for the entire booking if you have not cancelled your reservation prior to your arrival date. There is no refund for early checkout. We are easy to work with and appreciate your cooperation in letting us know as early as possible if your plans change.
