Rates & Availability

• $150/night for 2; add $20/night for an additional 3rd guest. We provide a twin air mattress for the additional guest.
• 2-night minimum stay
• 3-night minimum stay for holiday and special event weekends
• One-time cleaning fee of $30 helps cover professional services, restocking essentials and preparing the space for your comfort
• Pet fee $15/night per dog – 2 large or 3 small dog maximum Note: Leash walking is preferred on the property unless you have awesome command. We are not completely fenced and there are lots of critters to be chased. Only Red Cloud Cabin has the fenced yard.

• No pets shall be left unattended without prior consent and proper kenneling. 
• No pets allowed in the Tipi.
• Children over 10 are welcome. 
• Creek access and hot tub liability become an issue with young children.
• No smoking or vaping in any accommodation. 
• Ash trays are provided on the decks.

• No Firearms, fireworks or ATVs permitted
• Water levels in Hill Country rivers, creeks and streams will vary depending on rainfall and drought conditions.
• Please inquire about water conditions prior to booking.
• The host resides on-site and there are 2 additional guest rentals.

If you CANCEL within 7 days of your arrival date, you agree to pay the full rate for the first night.  If you have not cancelled your reservation prior to your arrival date, you are responsible for the entire booking.  There is no refund for early checkout.
